Papers should be prepared according to the ISPRS manuscripts guidelines. Unformatted submissions will be excluded from the scientific review process.
- All accepted papers (Extended abstract/Full paper) will be considered for publication in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).
- All accepted papers (Extended abstract/Full paper) will be published in the ISPRS Archive/Annals, only if:
- You revise your paper based on the reviewers’ comments and submit the full paper before 25th November 2025.
- The corresponding author completes the registration for the paper before 30th November 2025 and informs the conference secretariat (geospatial.conf@ut.ac.ir) of the designated presenting author.
- The designated presenting author attends the conference and presents the paper (oral or poster) in person.
- The paper contains no form of plagiarism and meets the publication standards.
- To submit the edited version of the manuscript:
1- Click on the paper ID.
2- Click on "Submit Changes".
3- Upload the paper file.
4- Click on the "Attach File" button.
5- Click on the "Submit Changes" button.
- Papers should present original research results, which neither has been published nor is under consideration for publication in any conferences or journals. The conference enforces a strict non-plagiarism policy. All submissions will be checked against plagiarism using plagiarism tools, and violating submissions will be excluded from the scientific review process. Even later, if any form of plagiarism is detected in an accepted paper, it will be rejected and removed from the conference program and publication means.
- For each accepted paper, the corresponding author must register for the conference prior to the author registration deadline (see Important Dates) and must notify the conference secretariat (geospatial.conf@ut.ac.ir) of the designated presenting author.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the removal of the accepted paper from the conference program and all publication processes.
- Selected final papers will be invited to submit an extended and substantially improved version to the International Journal of Earth Observation and Geomatics Engineering.
The journal submission must include significant enhancements beyond the version published in the ISPRS Archive, in accordance with publication ethics guidelines.
Extended Abstract
The Extended Abstract submissions should be at most 1000 words (min 1 and max 2 pages and should follow the guidelines for abstract submission here. Abstracts are expected to include a short discussion on related work, preliminary results, and a selected list of references. After acceptance, the authors are requested to submit a Final Paper (min 6 and max 8 pages) in ISPRS format for Final Papers.
The final papers will be published in the ISPRS International Archive of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences only if the submission is presented in person by the designated presenter, according to the official conference schedule.
The publications are listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
Full Paper
Full Paper submissions must be formatted following the ISPRS format (templates for Word and Latex can be found here), with a max length of 8 pages, including references. After acceptance, the authors are requested to submit a Final Paper (min 6 and max 8 pages) in ISPRS format for Final Papers.
The Final Papers will be published in the ISPRS Annals of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and Spatial Information Sciences.
The final papers will be published in the ISPRS International Annals Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences only if the submission is presented in person by the designated presenter, according to the official conference schedule, whether in the oral or poster session.
The publications are listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
Important notice:
- When submitting the paper, please specify the type of your submission (Extended Abstract or Full Paper) in the "additional comments" section.
- Extended Abstract or Full Papers submitted for double-blind review must not contain any information which makes it possible to identify the authors. In particular, names and affiliations must be removed from the manuscript submitted for review.
- After Full Paper/Extended Abstract acceptance, the author's names and affiliations must be added in the submitted Final Paper.
